When I was on Reserve as a Captain I have seen as high as 120 hrs of pay for a month, and as little as the 72hrs. Once you hold a line you will easily get between 95-110 hrs of pay each month. Makes for livable wages.. Like your own Apartment, ability to pay bills... and so on..
