I bid around it by 5 days on either side. It must not have gone too terribly, we didn't make CNN.
 
Smooth is your perception. Ask a travel agent dealing with clients who can't check in online, and airlines taking over an hour to answer the phone.

At the gates this weekend in LAX, ONT, ABQ, LAS and others, there were suits who knew the Shares system helping out those who didn't.

From what I heard, issues were at the Kiosks.
 
They start buying used coffee grounds from other airlines?

Delta's tuna scented coffee has to give it a run for the money. The first few times the FAs were brewing it I called back to ask if they were macking on a huge tuna-curtain sandwich. Nope, just brewing Seattle's Best!

Thats cause they use the filters to clean their panty hose.
