I actually did a cross country yesterday; 2.4 hours. I'm at 28.4 hours right now and my instructor thinks if everything keeps going the way it is, I will be done around 45 hours. I have about 2 hours of night, 8 hours of cross country time, and a little hood time.

He's leaving in a few days so he wants me to be able to get to the practice area or other airports and back to our home field when he's gone. So I can get all my solo stuff done while he's gone, and then when he comes back we go through the PTS and make sure everything has been completed.

I'm hoping to finish up my private before school starts. Only kid in the school with a PPL!

Congrats...welcome to the club...

I had the oppertunity to fly a C-152 the other day, made me think back to times like you just mentioned.
