If any of you are model airplane collectors, Gemini Jets is making their first CRJ-700 and it's gonna be the ASA "Silver & Souring" ooops I mean Soaring.

What's really cool is that the livery is a hologram-when the light hits it just right it changes to SkyWest.

I just realized that on the 700 the normal position for nose gear doors is open. Never noticed that before.

I hear the SkyWest CRJ-700 has the same price as the CRJ-200

Actually, it commands a $4.00 premium.

But only if you actually take it off the stand and fly it around the room. If you just think about flying it, or leave it on the shelf, or cancel your plans to fly it, you lose the extra $4.00.

And if you fly it, you can look down from FL370 at cruise, in that big ocean of air, and see all your BRO colleagues put'n around, closer to the ground, in their putt-putt planes--that you left behind in both speed, altitude, and lack of any pay raise in many years! Makes you proud! It's all about me!

Actually, it's "Silver & Sideways", hence the reason why ASA has 2 of them (740 and 738). The original, 740, failed the acceptance inspection, and 738 was flown back up to Mirabel for a repaint, in order to have one ready for the 25th celebration.

Or the ramp at ATL? With RJs waiting to park, including that SKYW 900!

Release the Pilots!
STRIKE ASA!

Looks like SKYW is moving further away from us, I saw them parked in the "B" gates in ATL...

Gemini will include rampers that will take 30 minutes to park the plane...... Bouyyyyyy....
