Can anyone tell me anything they know about First flight Management out of Elmira? I heard that they treat their pilots really well and wanted to know if this is true. Any information would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

had a friend that worked there doing sales, she said it was a great place, said the pilots were happy. they eventually wanted her to move to upstate ny, so she quit.

Thanks for your help. I am considering a position there and wanted to know if the pilots liked it or not. Pilots being happy and how they are treated tells a lot about a operation.
