First eye test with C's What the hell.

I've done a dozen 1st class medicals and never once have I seen this test. It was a bunch of C's, and I had to tell the nurse the direction of the openings. I almost failed because they all merged together and I couldn't differentiate any of them. I can read the 20/15 eye chart without problem but this thing was nearly impossible for me.

Does anyone know anything about this? I talked with an ophthalmologist acquaintance and they said the c test was worthless.

Been doing this for a while where I go. Just do the best you can or go to someone who isn't using them.

Been doing it for years with no problems at all! up, down, left, or right. You will get used to it.
