I was looking over some DP's and STARS tonight and had a quick question regarding finger flying them during an interview.

Do you have a chance to look over it for a minute or two and read the notes, textual discriptions etc? Or does the interviewer smack in down in front of you and expect you to fly it and "read as you go". I personally wouldn't do the latter in my real life flying and of course would take time to review it before accepting it. Just wondering how they do things in the interview (particularly Eagle).

Most gouges out there will tell you which approaches etc. that they use. If that information is available, study those plates before you go, but be ready for anything.

I've only had one airline interview, and the interviewer gave me a minute to look it over. Not only a STAR but also an approach.
