Congrats on the dream. I look to fly for ACA someday. It does seem like a great place to work. Toured their facilities in April and I was very impressed. Spoke to the assistant chief pilot, line pilots, maintenance, dispatch, safety and the simulator instructors and everyone had a smile on their face and they seemed to be happy with the company.
Have you gotten a base yet? What's their junior base? Take care and I look forward to reading your future post.
