On the online application i was asked to cut and paste my resume or select "parsing"...what is parsing?..When i cut and paste my resume it comes up all uneven on the screen and i had to put a bunch of spaces to make it look somewhat even...Is there anything i can do to make it nicer? Thanks!

Make a copy in notepad and use that one when they want you to copy and paste. I think you have to also limit it to around 50 or so characters max per line, and then save it as a .txt file and you should be good to go.
MS Word does weird stuff with the formating and thats why it comes out all uneaven.
