Got to give some credit to the Royals. It seems that they got their act together this season. 2nd behing Yanks. Only due to some rain outs.

Well see how they do when the Yanks come to town. Sound be a good series.

The royals didn't look much better than the devil rays last night. I've never seem so many dropped balls in one game!!

A tough act to follow

The Royals?! Is that the same team that had three hit batsmen, two errors and one wild pitch all in the bottom of the 9th at Fenway last night, blowing a 2 run lead?

Yeah, you gotta' give credit to those Royals! :)

-Boo!

cessna_driver2,

stop sounding like a cubs or red sox fan in april talking up your team, by september they will suck.

The massholes who go to fenway are the most boorish, rude, foul-mouthed TPT I have ever had the misfortune of encountering.

Funny, that's exactly how I would sum up the majority of Wankee fans I've encountered. Yes, Red Sox fans ARE bitter, "boorish, rude" and "foul-mouthed" because it's been 85 years. With "26 World Championships", what is your (yankees fans) excuse?

;)

Shoot, we haven't one one in TWO YEARS!!!! Can you imagine how awful that feels? Of course we're upset. We don't put up with losers like sox fans seem to!

Ted Williams might have been pretty good, but Bucky Dent has more rings!

Thanks for the little smile...It's good to know that some people still have a sense of humor.

The last two games have been bad for the Royals compared to the rest of the season. But lets be real. They are young and relatively inexperienced and a lot of people in KC are handing them a ticket to the playoffs already. I would guess they are starting to feel some of the pressure that comes with being at the top. But they are still 17-7 and 4.5 games up on the White Sox. Truthfully, this small slump could be attributed to their closer, MacDougal. He's blown two leads in the 9th inning in two games. If he just closes those they are 19-5 rather than 17-7.

That aside, The K is the best stadium to go to a ball game. Especially when its filled and the fans are excited, like it has been here lately.

To late they suck already. Just like the chiefs they find a way to blow it in the end.

Though I would give a little credit. Personally Im a yanks fan my self.
