Anyone have any idea what the Flight Instructors at FedEx get paid? Noticed FedEx has an add for 6 openings and was wondering if it was worth looking at.

Contract Amendable

Possibly, keeping the union guessing due to contract negotiations July 1?

Negotiations can occur as soon as management is willing to begin. Section 6 negotiations are already in progress. Contract is amendable after May 31, 2004.

That's 180 days, folks.

Here some more third hand info. Take it for what its worth. I just flew a trip with a captain who had JL on his jumpseat recently. According to him FDX will have about 45 guys returning from active duty in Jan. Its anyone's guess what if any impact that may have on when/if we spool up the hiring. Does anyone know how many of our active guys are SOs?
