I have the interview scheduled for Feb 26/27. I was wondering what to study for the technical part of the interview. Any suggestion on which books to get would be appreciated.
There is no technical portion of the interview at FedEx. The process consists of an interview with 2 line pilots who ask all HR type questions (i.e. "Tell us about a time...). There is a CRM scenario with 2 other pilots. Finally there is the dreaded written tests. Tests are basic math, vocab, syllogisms (search for them on the internet to get some idea of what to expect), graphs and a basic science portion.
I picked up a DK pocket science book to brush up on some basic stuff but didn't bother with the rest. I did do a lot of prep for the CRM and HR portions.
Thanks for the info. I guess I was thinking there would be tech stuff because of all of the testing and CRM. So besides the CRM role-playing thing and "tell us about" questions, there is nothing tech about it. Thanks for the info.
