I have been reading all your post for some time and find most of them educational or entertaining. I feel very fortunate to have a sponsor at FedEx. My sponsor interviewed with his ACP two days ago and thought it went very well. A while back some of you had some names of companies and instructors to get some sim prep for the interview. Could you guys please help me with this? There was one guy who was mentioned who specialized in FedEx prep? Thank You.

OR,
There is a KC-135 guy here in Meridian, MS with the 186th ANG unit. I do not have his name at the moment but he is the guy I was told to contact by my peers. He uses the Fedex profile for the KC-135. Apparently he is pretty good. Each candidate which used his service has done well with the actual sim in Memphis. He will not be back in town until 17 Feb. You may or may not be able to get a full two hour block of sim time with ANG unit.
If you are looking for interview prep which is free, Fae Simmons, is your gal. She is located at Randolph Air Force Base, San Antonio, TX. She works in the Family Services building. I will get a number for you tomorrow.

I will use both services within the next month in preparation for a interview.

Do not use Pan Am Academy in Miami. This is a 2-bit operation. I had scheduled a dc-10 block for a saturday several months ago. jumpseated down there, took cab over to training bldg, only to have them cancel the sim block without letting me know. i sat there for 2 hours waiting for a representative of the company to face me and tell me why it was cancelled. never happened. i finally caught the jumpseat back home. it was like pulling teeth to get my money back as well.

Don't trust this company. Bad news...

Thanks for all the help so far.
Should I try to schedule sim prep asap or wait until I get a call from FedEx. From what my sponsor and the ACP said I should be called, but as far as a time frame. 1-6 months

I saw the CP in Nov and just got a call 2 wks ago. Things might be happening faster now though since they're getting behind the 8 ball.

She wanted to schedule it for 3 weeks later, which would have been about now. I had a schedule conflict, so I'm having to do it next month.
