What kind of schedule is typical for a year pilot at FedEx? How many days on/off etc?

Reserves have 13 days off for a 4-week bid month and 16 days off for a 5-week month. 727 S/Os have been moving up rapidly and have been holding lines after 3-4 months on reserve. Obviously depends on future upgrades, the recent big bid, etc. Sounds like new hires will be going to the right seat of various equipment - so, probably more time on reserve for them. Line holders probably average 1-2 days off more per month. That's kind of up to you- if you want more days off, just drop a few trips. Want more $$, fly more (unless we're still in negotiations).
