Hello Everyone,
FedEx last quarter profit is $280 Million, or .92 per share...
This is good news given the state of the economy and the rest of the industry... This price, however, did not include the early retirement packages for other non-pilot employees...
While I like the way FedEx is VERY stingy with it's money, I would (as many of you in the pool would agree) like to see a few more bodies below me on the seniority list...

I know that they will be losing some professional instructors to the line in a few months, so they will need to replace them. The the folks in the MD11 training department are saying that they might be going from 16 crews a month to 17-18 a month. Right now there are 8 pilots (4 crews) starting class every week. Some guys are even getting to go to ANC for sim training. Hope that answers your question.
