Why is it that the jumpseat operators are unwilling to assist offline jumpseaters? Every time I call up to get information about a flight they tell me to check the JS web site. Then after I check it, they tell me that the flight I'm looking for doesn't exist and the can only give me information for that day. This isn't the first time this has happened......any suggestions??

This is the web site I use and it's never correct.

Welcome to the Southern Hospitality of Memphis. The jumpseat people are just as rude to the FDX pilots so don't feel left out ;)
