Fedex job question

As far as I understand if you have been currently employed by Fedex for one year by the time you send you resume, you are guaranteed a job interview. If that's correct, does the "job" needs to be with Fedex Express to be consider or could be in any Fedex branch??? i.e. FedexKinkos

Not sure but probably just Express. Job needs to be perm part time or better. Temp jobs don't count.

Yeah, the Kinkos Jobs definately don't count.

You have to work for FedEX and have a FedEX employee number and ID badge for the "backdoor" way in to have a chance.

There are no gaurantees. You still have to be recommended by your supervisor as well as meet the minimums. The recommendations are not automatic.
