Fedex Interview Process

Does anyone have any gouge on FedEx's interview process? From the sim to the tests they give and the actual interview.
I would greatly appreciate it for any info you can share.

i would agree with flying...albie will not rob you like mr darby will. if you blow him off, you only have yourself to blame if you don't get the job. there were 2 out of 6 hired from my interview day. luckily, i was one of them!! just need to wait till next year to train.
