Regarding over-60 captain SOs, we don't have any SOs (all PFEs), but we do as of this month have a captain who has his A&P and all and went back to the panel. He'd be a welcome addition back to the left seat if the legislation comes through before he hits whatever the new age limit will be, but in all honesty, I don't think we have a provision for such movement in our contract.
