I have a friend....no really....who applied to FedEx about 6-7 years ago and has the profile set up under her SS#.
The problem is she forgot her password and has since changed her email address. When she clicks on the "forgot password" option the system sends an email to her disconnected email account.
How do you get around this?? How do you find out an old password that is connected to your SS#
