I have a friend....no really....who applied to FedEx about 6-7 years ago and has the profile set up under her SS#.

The problem is she forgot her password and has since changed her email address. When she clicks on the "forgot password" option the system sends an email to her disconnected email account.

How do you get around this?? How do you find out an old password that is connected to your SS#

There is a new system that was set up around 2.5 years ago... everyone had to reregister and pay the 50 bucks.

Empenage--I had the exact same situation. There is an option on their website to contact them with a question, and I explained the situation. They responded about 2 weeks later with my password, and I was able to get back in.

BTW, I originally applied in '02, and my application was still in there. All I had to do was go in and update (without paying another $50!). Hope that helps.
