bust open the FAR's.....as far as i remember:

for VFR:
500TT
100 point to point X-C
75 instrument
25 night

For IFR (which these type of jobs usually require)
1200TT
500 point to point XC
and some night/instrument time...forget the numbers off hand

Chances are, you'll need at least 2,000 to 2,500 to be considered for that position. Along with some multi and 135 time.
