Yes, eight ATR 42-320 aircraft will be acquired under a definitive purchase agreement with Continental Airlines. The ATR 42s will be used within FedEx U.S. domestic feeder operations.

All the F-27 feeders, like Mountain Air Cargo and Empire will get them. Then I think Corporate Air is on the list near the top. I believe the plan is just to upgrade from the F-27's to a comparable airplane. They will also replace the EMB-120's just to get a little bigger load out of those routes.
