Thanks FECAV8R for clarifying things. There is a lot of misinformation out there....

The pilots are "FedEx" pilots, but they are totally separate from the freight side. They are non-union and are not on the FedEx seniority list.

From what I've heard, it's one of the best gigs in corporate aviation. The pay is OK, the schedule is great, and it's a fun place to work. That being said, it's not perfect.....but there is a great group of people working to improve the department.

And, I hear they are hiring.......
 
The Chief Pilot on the Corporate side is actually a pretty nice guy. He responded to a resume I sent about 1-1/2 ago by personally writing me an email. He responded quickly and basically told me he was fully staffed at the time. I definitely respect the personal hands-on touch as opposed to what usually happens .... you just never hear anything back, either way.
