Hi guys/gals: Crazy weird question for you all....

What are the possibilities of shipping a dog...50 lbs...AND riding jumpseat (hopefully) to accompany the dog during transport? Not sure I trust the airlines with shipping the family pet. Could there be a way to negotiate a "location" in the jet just outside the cargo net so the dog could actually see people, or better yet a jumpseating owner? Sorry about the crazy question, just brainstorming here!

DISREGARD: I just read on the fedex website no household pets. Any other cargo shippers do this?

I think if you first wrap the dog in bubble wrap and then use plenty of those packing peanuts the little fellow should have a nice ride. Overnight will run you about twice the amount as two day but as a pet owner myself, well worth the money.
