Hey,...
I am sure it has been asked but what forms other that the 605 form have to be filled out?

Is it only Sched. C....or does this even have to be filled out?

What in addition to? such as....a PPC ( I am pretty sure this isnt required), payment/fee code...I believe should be PARR.

I just wanna make sure it is only the 605, and 159 form and nothing else!

Can I print the copy off of the Computer as a temp or is it my permanent.

not sure the exact thread name, but if you search FCC licesne, in one of the threads there is a great writeup that goes step by step. That is what I used and it made filling all that stuff out so easy!

I just did mine about three days ago and I already forgot how or where to get the info on the web.. (they make it really easy JK) I started on the AOPA web page and the only thing else is it costs $60... I filled out the wrong one and the price was a bit more expensive so I had to redo
