I'm sure this makes me seem like an idiot, but does anyone know which FCC forms I need to file to get my FCC permit? I am registered with CORES, and have a FRN, but I'm not sure which form(s) to fill out and mail in.

Don't bother with the online forms. Call them and tell them what you want and they will give you a number for an auto fax. Mail it and half a C note and you got your FCC.

Whats a "C" note.............. hehe

Remember back in school when they talked about Roman numbers:
I=1
V=5
X=10
L=50
C=100
D=500
M=1000

Thus when some say's give me a C note, they are talking about a 100.
