Driving to work today and saw an FCA 402 seem as if it were spraying fuel...

I heard this on the radio a few weeks ago too... What's going on?
 
Sprayin' for 'skeeters?

Or maybe he was on his way to a BBQ cookout!
 
Most likely forgot to check the fuel caps. I witness this same situation two weeks ago. We had just pushed off of H3 and noticed a twin Cessna depart 9R. He was pouring fuel from the left wing area. We switched number two over to tower and heard about five airline guys try and report it. All at the same time:-) The Cessna guy rogered the report and kept going. I guess that he either eventually returned to KFLL, or was only going a short distance. I just looked at my co, and we both shook our heads.
