If you don't want your passengers to walk through oil, aircraft with running engines or rude CSR's, take them to Signature. Lounge, reception and parking area the way it should be. No other operations are run there other then caring for the passengers comfort level.
Pricey maybe but worthy of the treatment a passenger of a business jet would expect from an FBO who's name is a worldwide recognition.
Your the lead that will impress your Boss and his clients, that is what he pays and excepts you to do.

Everyone has their own experiences, good and bad, with all of these FBO's. But I have to give props to SheltAir. I can only remember 1 time where they didn't live up to their typical high level of customer service, and that's because they were just getting slammed (peak travel, busy day). You didn't mention if you were clearing customs, but if so then it is a no-brainer. The CBP ramp is adjacent SheltAir, and their line service personnel will be johnny-on-the-spot to help with bags.
