Actually, the IBT was certified as the Bargaining Representative for the craft and class of Pilots at Republic Airlines, et al/Frontier, yesterday in NMB Case No: R-7284.

This has ZERO effect on the life span of FAPA.

FAPA is no longer the recognized bargaining agent, for now.

FAPA is still recognized by the Department of Labor.
FAPA is still recognized by the IRS as a 503(c)5.

FAPA is alive and well (funded). As a matter of fact, the FAPA members will continue to pay dues to FAPA, if they so choose.

The IBT had multiple chances to work with us, they instead chose to impose their own will. Bad choice.
