I have not been a big fan of Gleim in the past, but their CFI Renewal / Refresher is awsome! I even took their sample lesson #1 test for kicks..
Its just under $100 and will enable you to print out a certificate which you can present at the FSDO or they will do it for your and mail you your certificate ( $25 extra ).
I know some of your posted this a while back, but its really worth mentioning again.
