Falcon down in Iran

If it is in fact a falcon, looking at the tail section it's a 10 or a 20. No anhedreal rules out the big falcons. But that horz. stab looks pretty darn straight. Almost seems hawker-like. Did anyone get a communique from Dassault?
 
If you are to believe that 11 officials were killed in the crash, I think that'd rule out it being a Falcon 10.

I don't know about the passenger loads on a Falcon 20, but my experiences with the 10 is there'd be no way to cram that many people in it.

After digging around on the internet I came across this list of Iranian Military inventory, that indicates they own (4) Falcon 20's. (towards bottom of page)

It also appears that they had balled up another Falcon 20 back in March of 1997 killing all four on board.
