Falcon 900EX pay rates

Could someone please post the pay rates High/low etc for a F900EX Captain and Co Pilot operating Trans oceanic to and from the West coast to Hawaii, Australia, and New Zealand etc.

Any information would be appreciated.

Where?

The west coast is a very big piece of geography. Pay rates vary significantly along the coast San Diego to Seattle. I know of one company down in SD paying new hire capt.'s in the $90k range which I believe is kinda low. Supposedly an operator in the SJC area is paying $125k or better but this is all third hand info gathered from shooting the bull in some FBO's.
