It has been ten years since i flown the 20 and have a few questions. What is the Zero fuel weight and also does anybody have what the max floor loading is in pounds per sq. ft.? Thanks

Per Zone(6 zones)limits are...

Floor 1542#'s
Tracks 1850#'s
Pallet 1200#'s

As far as per square foot, I can't recall a specific number at the moment.

I think each zone was 40" so we always used linear foot or inch and if need on certain loads we used shoring. Ie those big metal bins that weighed 2000 pounds and were 60" long with four legs that were 1 inch by 1 inch. Oh the memories of actually having to do math, now its punch buttons and look at the FMS.

i think you may be talking about the lateral floor load limit, it is 45 lbs per inch. 22.5 lbs in section D.

Careful to be sure which floor you're talkin about. The factory floor is around 165# per square foot. The FedEx floor is different and the later "Sort-a-FedEx" floors are different still. Some folks were using diamond plate alumininum and raised the weight bearing capability to the supporting structure rather than the floor cross section.
