Fair GV/GIV FO pay in NE?

4 years with company, part 91. Not a new position. I dont think the availaility of pilots should directly impact the payscale of the job. If that was the case we all would be flying for peanuts at the moment. I do understand the supply and demand thing however. I hope this turns around for us soon. Im looking for a range.

Well, it does impact pay scales over time. Range is 85-120 for a FO, give or take a little on either end.
 
Thanks for the info. Im hoping this is only a temporary downturn. And yes i have already felt the impact....

i think the 120 for f/o is a little optomistic.......... i would think across the board unless sitting as f/o for several years .... i have heard recently 75k (charter) to around 95k... cpt same area i am thinking 115k to 130k start averag.......
