I seem to recall that the FAA website had a list of prohibited prescription and OTC medication but couldn't find it. Looking for information regarding prescription anti-inflammatories and Vicodin. Thanks.
 
I can tell you the hydrocodone in Vicodine is a no-no for sure. Even if trace amounts are found in your blood the FAA will blame you for any miss-hap, regardless of what happend. Give it 3 days until you fly again after taking it and you will be good to go. It has a relatively short half life.
