In the employee lot...Four stripes with gray hair are fair game!

Got some gray hair myself. Age 65 law change caused some of it. Not all of it, to be sure, but some of it.
 
I've yet to see an argument against being an FO beyond age 60

Won't be fun for those trying to get to the majors, but I bet we'd have less sticking around to 65 then we do today- but here's the logic-
If two over 60 pilots can't fly together bc of their age internationally, then why isn't the younger pilot, now legally necessary, NOT THE CAPTAIN?

Fly til you die, if you choose, but you shouldn't be captain beyond age 60-
