Yeaaaaah Riiiiiight. Maybe, and only maybe if you could somehow rig it so that the Mayor himself got some of the money, and of course his close friends and families would need to recieve the over priced contract to rebuild the place. Oh and dont forget to include Daley Aviation, the new FBO at Meigs, where the prices would be Signature level but all the profits would go to Daley's pocket. Wait a sec, what am I thinking, Daley HATES avitation. He would never go for it! Unless of course there is something in it for him.......
