I tried it again using 2 different browsers, IE and Mozilla, and still no luck. I just get a page with all the background, but no search results.

It is a little picky about the words and phrases used as search terms. Use connectors such as "and" or "or" etc. For example, if you search "pilot command" you won't get any hits. "pilot and command" will return hits. In other words, separate your search words with connectors or commas, otherwise it will search the words entered as a phrase.

One other bit of advice...don't rely these opinions as the gospel. They may be outdated or your factual situation may be just different enough that the opinion doesn't apply. There are many other potential pitfalls, so use it as a resource, but not your only one. When in doubt, ask an aviation attorney or get an opinion letter for yourself.

Edit: Just tried and it appears the site may not be working properly right now. It comes and goes.
