Hello,

I am trying to assist my copilot here in the Middle East. He does NOT hold a US passport or and does NOT hold any FAA Certificates, but wishes to obtain the FAA ATP.

At present he has a Jordanian Commercial License with a Global Express Type Rating as well as an Egyptian Commercial License with a Fokker 50 Rating. He has passed his FAA ATP written and approx 3000 TT

What steps would he need to accomplish to visit the US and upgrade/convert and get an FAA ATP as his very first certificate here? Including the Global Express Type on a FAA certificate would be a bonus, but not essential at this point.

Can anyone recommend a school that specializes in this sort of training?

Thank you very much!
