Can someone tell me how much it takes (Time, money contact info) to transfer FAA ATP to a Canadian ATP?

Have 6000 TT with three type ratings.

Many thanks

3 exams, the SAMRA, SARON, and INRAT.

You will also need to take a checkride. It will be a multi-IFR checkride that must include at least 1 ILS, 1 NDB, and a hold, which for me was an NDB. All checkrides are on a point system. You must make a certain score on it to pass.

Of coarse, you will also need a Category 1 medical. Which is slightly more stringent than the FAA's.

Depending on which Transport Canada inspector/examiner you get, it can be relatively painless, or the exact opposite.

Good luck

Cost is relatively inexpensive.

I know you can be color blind to an extent. And corrected 20/20. I wear glasses and have about 20/250 uncorrected and hold a class I. There is an EKG as well.

It's mandatory. I'm 26 and had to have one. And a audiogram hearing test, but I'm sure the FAA does that too. Urine test as well.
