According to the DAL website, infants under 2 must have an FAA aproved car seat. I called Delta reservations to ask if it was okay to hold a lap child but HABIB didn't speak english very freakin' well so....

Can you still hold infants in your lap????

Thanks

180 - the reg hasn't changed, probably a mistake on their website. However, if they'll let you bring the seat and there's room, obviously use it. There's been talk of requiring car seats for years, but it always gets postponed.
