FAA approach categories vrs ICAO

can anyone tell me if the ICAO categories are different from the FAA ones, regarding Cat A,B,C,D,E etc for aircraft speeds/VREF on an IFR approach.

I couldn't readily find it on internet

While those speeds are correct, I wouldn't recommend using wikipedia for anything official. Read their disclaimer.
