Who has access to a pilot's FAA Airman file besides pilot himself?

1. Airline Human Resources?
2. FAA DE?

Thanks,

Anyone you are applying for employment for, where you will exercise any licensed privileges.

An FAA DE and in some cases your AME can access records they need to make any medical determination regarding health and safety of flight status.

Any accident/incident or enforcement history you have on file is covered under FOIA. And in short anyone who can articulate a reason under FOIA can obtain any information contained in your file related to any specific accident/incident history. Especially if its in the PTRS tracking system...
