How often do you fly to Europe from the States? Which a/c types? (Excluding the BBJ (NJ)). Any additional perks?

We average 2 trips per week mainly from Zurich to Boston in a BBD-700. Some of the trips though go from Zurich to San Franscico non-stop. Sometimes further.
