F/A Jumpseat access for offline pilots

Off hand, which airlines are allowing offline pilots to occupy the empty flight attendant jumpseat(s). Right now I only know of one airline that does this (Spirit). What about AirTran?

No, AirTran does not allow offline pilots or flight attendants to occupy the FA jumpseat. You've got to have an actual seat. Our reasoning? FAA says you must be specifically trained in the emergency procedures and in uniform to occupy the FA seat.

jetBlue sure does:

Flight Attendants or pilots from other U.S. Certificated Part 121 Air Carriers (and Air Canada) are authorized cabin jumpseats.
