Just wondering if some of the Hornet guys could enlighten me as to how much you can bring back to the boat.

In high lot jet about a 6.0 with two drop tanks and no stores.

Whatever gives me the amber donut/middle of the E bracket (ya 8.1).

That 6.0 was reffering to fuel (6000 #'s). Typical max trap in the NAG with a JDAM and LGB was about a 4.4

I wish I could go back in time, and find out when the AF guy and the Navy guy decided to color their AOA indexers differently. That just amazes me.

Apparently the E bracket in the -16 goes the opposite direction too. Talked to a few guys that have flown both. Imagine being slow, and thinking you're fast?
