F-117 @ Dtw

Probably the wrong place for this...

Was commuting home from a trip this morning and saw an F-117 do a fly-by at DTW. Just curious if anyone else saw this? Wasn't sure if it was anything going on, or an AF guy doing a low-pass to entertain the controllers. I know the Dayton air show is coming up, but didn't think any of the aircraft would gte by Detroit!

Air Display 2003

Air Display 2003 the largest flyable collection of WWII aircraft in North American was sponsered by the Yankee Air Force at Willow Run (YIP) on Sat and Sun. Included in this show were fly by's of current US Military Aircraft that included the F-117 at about 1330Z on Sat and and F-16. For those in the Detroit area and who like airplanes this is a must see event.

Dayton was a couple weeks ago.

I happened to be taking off out of DTW that day. Center passed a message to the F-117 that the tower controllers would like them to do a fly-by.
