Just like Independence, you have incompetent management. Actually, it's more then incompetence. It's so obvious as to what will happen to these companies that these guys should be prosecuted for what they're doing. While everyone else will be out of work, these guys walk away with their pockets lined.

wow... u are very ignorant. think before u write!

Dude I know guys like you think Uncle Jerry on the level with Warren Buffett, but in this environment pain is coming to your house just like everyone elses. The economics of all POS RJ's has finally whittled down to nil. Given that one of your biggest customers is half in the bag toward a second bankruptcy, I would temper the 'incompetent' management garbage. If you think it's beyond reason that 1/4 of your fleet will need a new home in the future, then go buy UAUA shares now.

While one of the other two customers are moving towards a merger that may be ill-conceived in this cost environment and the other is largely surviving due to $$$ from a party to the same merger.

I would have liked to have seen Montana. :crying:

Everyone talks about this profitable charter flying. How many Embraer sized aircraft can be supported by charter flying? USA Jet and Champion both do NCAA type charters and one of those companies will be out of business within the week.

True. To my knowledge USA Jet isn't in a world of hurt. And they don't exactly fly fuel-friendly jets. Mabey pilotyip can chime in???

The EMB can be operated under different rules because of the size, and therefore has greater operational flexibility than the above carrier's aircraft.

And sometimes you don't need to spend the amount of money needed for something bigger than a 50 seater.

Best wishes to all at XJT...one of the few regional carriers out there that one can always count on to display a high level of maturity and professionalism in an industry full of children pretending to be pilots.
