As I recall, the questions are customer service related. Example: you just made a pretty bad landing and customers are commenting on it as they deplane....what do you say? Remember, this is an external company that ExpressJet has hired to do this preliminary screening. Answer in your best customer service mode and you'll do fine. They also ask you to read aloud the de-icing announcement that you were instructed to copy down when you did the online application. (Not sure why - maybe testing our PA voice? ha)
