ExpressJet Interview question

How inportant is it to have a valid (current) first class medical for this interview. I have a first class, but it has lasped to a 2nd class since the job I have now doesn't require a current first. My interview is next Wed and I don't know if the guy here will be available for me to get a medical in time. Any help would be appreciated...thanks.

if your medical isnt valid for first class privs you'll get sent home. get a new medical.
